I posted a meme about Ivermectin and Deworming and how we're finding out now the vaccines actually have parasites in them...so maybe thats why Ivermectin is helping people. (Granted...I think it was working with regular Covid before the vaccines...but....was it? I'm actually not sure on the dates...)

The parasite was from a phizer vaccine veil and the **parasite is called "Trypanosoma cruzi" parasite. **
Now Dr. Judy Mikovitz has been saying that Suramin helps detox from the vaccine. She even said in that one video "Suramin is the antidote...these people wouldn't make a weapon without a antidote..." which makes sense.
Then she goes on to say that Suramin is an FDA approved 100 year old drug that treats African Sleeping sickness...
Okay cool. Well...thats neat...African Sleeping Sickness...well what the fuck is that? How is that in any way similar to the vaccine?
Well frens....
African Sleeping Sickness is caused by non other than Trypanosome Parasites.
Boom.
I know you're joking around but an adult dictates his own meals. There are benefits from the warrior diet of one large meal a day, there are merits to intermittent fasting, there are merits to slamming your metabolism up about 20 notches with carb cycling and high protein and fats.
Just remember to figure out how much you can eat without gaining at your current musculature and size and use that information to get a rough estimate of calories burned at rest. Then you can have your second breakfast and not become fat.
The conversation of a 2nd breakfast, leads to more focus on the event. Like yourself, there is always room for a lighter linch.
