Fuck them and their reaction when they find out.

Having a mother who simply can't hear it (vomits due to a vivid imagination & anxiety) is one I am worried about. At least all of my brother's wives have set them straight & we are all able to openly discuss these issues with each other. Our kids ask insightful questions when over hearing the ideas we float between ourselves & my sister in laws have been able to temper the discussions enough that my mom is aware & terribly saddened by the wickedness in this world.
Many may never want to know the details simply because they have lived such a sheltered & near bleeding heart style life.
Which is directly why we are in this mess (and I say that with direct family members with the same opinions). They need to know (in a preferably non-damaging way) what happened when they refused to look into the dark corners of the world. They looked away, and now their children must bear it. The very least they must offer is acceptance of truth as fact and a necessity to act.
In some ways I can relate to deniers, but in some ways I'm dumbfounded.
