I’m As ready for some action as much as the next Patriot. It’s not our timeline. Everyday things continue to progress. The world is getting crazier and people are starting to fight back. They’ve had hundreds of years to get entrenched. We only started to fight back 6 years ago. This is a world war.
I know you are just being funny (and I do like that frequency) but it's awful close to the lower limit of that band! Plus it's in the -preferred- Television frequencies, and that frequency doesn't usually carry too far. 100 miles if you're lucky. if you are really a ham, I'm actually studying for my Extra license right now, and my wife is studying for her Technician.
Well it's open to discussion. I think having a set frequency for emergency situations is always a good idea. I have a general one with some of my neighbors in case of extended power outages or heavy snowfall, etc. Not a ham. Just radios. But I figured some here may be.
Nellie Ohr has entered the discussion.
She's so fucking stupid for thinking that the NSA doesn't suck up everything broadcast on the electromagnetic spectrum.
Yeah, but where does it go and what do they do with it? Lord knows we've heard enough excuses for the past 4-5 years, eh?

Is there a frequency we can tune into for pedes? Just in case?

Should we clean the shit off the fan before tuning it?

I need to get my Technician license and get a setup. Any tips to help with the test. I haven't even cracked the Ham study book that was given to me.
Perhaps a long range as well as short range.Shorter ranges can relay comms.
