Interestingly, if it weren't part of the plan to off her, they wouldn't even tell the public she is getting a booster. Do they announce all criminals' shot information? Doesn't this violate her right to privacy of health information? Of course it does, but people MUST hear in advance so when it kills her there will be no surprise.
