It IS panic! This guy is a psycho and Scholz and the SPD didn´t want him. But there was no other socialist who wanted to take that job (the ministries were split up between the three coalition parties and the Ministry of Health went to the socialists).

All these public figures will face the noose when the shit hits the fan. If they have a choice in the future it´ll be between the Ceausescu- and the Gaddafi-solution.
