Well lawyers agree on the chairs and if he did not disclose his abuse and he was going to be listening to similar things, well then that is just too bad.
If he says it did not affect him at all then it should not matter. If it affected him he should have stated it and maybe he should be held in contempt. If he was planted in there they should just throw away her key.
