I ordered Nov. 12th from alldaychemist. If I order again I'll request for DHL or anything but USPS. My order cleared customs in NY on Dec 18th, it has since gone to TWO different "distribution centers" in NYC and is still there. Alldaychem has been more than responsive and tracking the order along with me. They're great.
USPS? they suck and not just this shipment. On December 27 I order some BLURAY videos. I received notification from USPS they shipped today and I should expect them on February 4th. Really? Four and a half f'n weeks to mail a package within the US? I expect them in time for Valentines if I'm lucky.

For Alldaychemist, I'm trying to place an order with them but when I got to the next step in completing my order, it is asking me for the best time of the day for them to contact me.
What would they be contacting me about? The reason for this is because I'm deaf and usually when people call me, they would be going through the relay service, which essentially serves as a "man in the middle", conveying messages between the other party and me.
In the past, when I've had people call me, they mistook the relay service as a telemarketing number and thought I gave them the wrong number so I'd get a lot of cold hangups, sometimes some with "Oh I must have the wrong number, sorry hangs up".
I don't want a rep from alldaychemist to think the same and when they try to call me for whatever reason, they'd think I gave them a fake number and then cancels the order due to it being an "illegitimate" order.
So anyone with experience with alldaychemist, could you please tell me what the purpose of having them call me other than any issues with shipment and such?
