Why sotodumbshit was talking about number of cases, efficacy of Vax etc is beyond me. Was it Bentham who was the "means to an end guy?" SCOTUS are supposed to decide on the Constiutionality. It was Barret in her confirmation who said to render verdicts "sine timore aut favore" though she said it in English as "without fear or favor." Seems most of SCOTUS are scared and or bought in some manner.
