This here is testimony of spiritual decline after the vaccine (I know you said you got C19, but I think this is still relevant). Scroll down a little to find the video, but it's well worth the listen/read.

He also urges everyone not to make his mistake (of getting vaccinated), and whoever has already taken it, to not take any further dosages, which will cause more harm for both body and soul."

What's helped me greatly is repentance, confession, and partaking of the Eucharist (I'm Orthodox Christian). Even when it's hard, keep trying! You are not alone!

Whoever cowers and is silent before sin, becomes an accessory and an accomplice to sin. So what I tell you, you need to tell others, inform all our siblings so that they may not fall into this trap by Satan, and lose the kingdom of God. Amen.”
