I wondered why Edinburgh castle closed for high winds.. good storage? Or the no fly zone around Windsor- stop busy bodies peeking?

The other numbers thought I had was to do with Rosicrucians- they seem to put significance in 53 and 106 (53 + 53), often shortened to 16. Eliz II Coronation '53 (I think they waited from '52, her father's death) and IIRC there could have been some 16's in your previous decodes. Just a random thought, no idea if they've ever been connected to the royals.
