I guess SCOTUS is ignoring the fact that the Vax doesn’t work and doesn’t prevent the spread of any virus. In fact it appears to have negative protection for Omicron and even big Pharma is working on a new vaccine since by their own accounting this one is insufficient.
So now SCOTUS is saying OSHA can mandate safety regulations EVEN when those admitted regulations don’t work (reminder OSHA’s mandates must actually work to be legal).
It’s like if OSHA said you must wear a Biden shirt to work to prevent terrorism, and even though the entire world agreed that wouldn’t prevent terrorism SCOTUS ruled that if you’re a healthcare worker the mandate is legal.
On its face SCOTUS’ decision still doesn’t make sense even using what the government says about vaccine effectiveness.
Those Sotomayor comments and questions were a wakeup call. I never expected her to rule in a way I agree with. She's far too activist, but I would have expected her to have basic and easily verifiable facts correct in her questioning, and not being able/willing to distinguish between humans and machines built by humans was just rediculous.
I'd be better off, because I'd try to figure out what can be done to make the government so small you could drown it in a bathtub. Then again, that sounds like an activist judge. Though, I would thumbs down anything that goes against the Constitution and Natural Rights.

Thanks for posting this.

Mark Taylor is striking at the ROOT of the problem, right there.

Exactly
Libs are spitting mad
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think i heard that ALL Supreme Court justices went to either Harvard or Yale, without exception?
All are Harvard or Yale with the exception of Amy Coney Barrett who went to Norte Dame.
Thanks. I guess I came across that fact before she was nominated.
Like the GOP would stop doing what benefits them lol

That is a good point. The whole idea of the political class needs to be upended.
They should and must always be servants. Never let them get the upper hand on the PEOPLE again.
