Trying to find the name of a well known old man who claims he worked for the US government on UFOs starting in the 1940s. He died not too long ago.

I've watched many of his videos but can't remember his name for the life of me. He claims he witnessed the Battle of Los Angeles as a child while digging holes in his yard with his brother.

I think his last name is Wood or something similar. I know the guys you are referring to. It's not them.
