They are spending a lot of resources trying to capture the election process and also eliminate Trump's eligibility. I don't think they have a chance of succeeding, and even if they could get their majority in Congress to agree, which right now doesn't appear to be happening, the Supreme Court would shoot down their attempt. If the SC didn't shoot it down it would military go time, or just time for the tree of liberty to be refreshed by the people.
