Whatever happened to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles altering the election, or is this a followup?

Forgot the specifics, but seemed to me Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Donatello, or Raphael provided testimony that they fucked around with America's elections in December 2020/early 2021. Just forgot which turtle it was and Master Splinter isn't answering my toilet flushes anymore.
