Does anyone know is part of the Q plan involves Biden allowing Russia to stage its military assets in Cuba and Venezuela?

I am getting a bit nervous about this. Surely, Russia won't attempt a nuke launch from Cuba or Venezuela? I know they intend in invade Ukraine, but why let them expand to Cuba and Venezuela as well?

I think part of the plan is to re-create the Cuban MIssile Crisis so that normies beg for DJT to return. The same plan includes a provision that no one is actually going to get nuked, it's all for show... but there is the risk that someone could hijack the plan and go off-script.
