What possible cause do they have to subpoena their personal text messages? Why does Congress have subpoena power anyway? They're supposed to be lawmakers.
The problem generally in this country right now is that no one stays in their lane. Congress is holding hearings, Judges are legislating from the bench, and executive branch players - POTUS and Governors - are issuing edicts from on high as if they are royalty or something. No one even talks about how inappropriate it all is anymore, and every day is crazier than the day before and you can't even keep up. It's exhausting.
smells like desperation to me
so eventually they get to dump his and her texts as part of "transparency" of Jan 6 committee evidence
so no matter whats there, or not there, your texts are all public now.
i wonder if they could do "discovery" on Jan 6 members and their families phone records.
turnabout is fair play?
fact check: CNN's anonymous sources, confirm CNN's other anonymous sources.
LOL

That makes sense. Do they have such broad subpoena powers though? They can just subpoena members of Trump's family? It seems so outrageous to me.
Nancy was more involved in J6 than they were. Let's see her emails and phone records.
if the subpoena is true, I'll bet it gets ignored
