I myself don't believe it was a volcano. Were there any tremors before it blew? How bout after it blew? Any steam/boiling water anywhere? Any volcanic ash found on shore anywhere? Acts like a bomb of some sort IMHO. Prove me wrong. Maybe I'm missing something. If so please show me the proof. Thanks

Haven't looked into that. Could have been a bomb. I'm interested to see your proof, although it really wouldn't surprise me, and from the one image I've seen of aftermath I didn't see ash either. I was in Washington when Mt. St. Helens blew, so I know what it SHOULD look like!

I have no proof. Just commenting on what I saw via satellite image. Doesn't make sense to me.

There is a video on another post discussing this explosion which shows a projectile entering the water right before the explosion. I can' find it....
