Probably a fucking shitload of oil and other natural resources under the bitch. Maybe the worlds largest deposits of helium or titanium or some shit.

That’s why I would expect the global elites are so interested in it. They want to get to the goodies there and they are trying to figure out a legal way to get it. They want to lay claim to everything.
