This actually made me chuckle not for the sub. But for the children who don’t like subs and do w.e. They could to get a new one. This use to be a game in school. But when a few of our moms started sub work. Some of us became divided on what we should do.
I dunno how other states work but in NJ the school districts contract w private agencies for subs
There are 2 companies both run by the wives of superintendents of school boards.
Subs have no civil rights and no protections. We are abused by the students and the schools and if anyone anywhere for any or no reason decides they don't like you tjey can complain and you are banned from that district.
I am banned from maybe 3 dozen w reasons ranging from "attempted trespassing" (going into the lunch production room in my off hours to offer to help the old ladies w dishes) to "indoctrinating students into the occult." (Saying my tattoo, which students uncovered by assaulting me and pulling my sleeves up, was "basically a tarot card.")
