I'd like to know exactly who was affected and what their actual purpose was in the state dept. Not a handful of basic employees or spouses who were willing to be interviewed in their expensive & comfortable looking homes. Where are the people with no involvement in our govt who were within earshot of this 'device'? Surely there has to be a few.
