I think so.

Maybe he handled the book in two different locations. Wasn't there a purse on top of the bible at one point so that his hand didn't contact it? Something like that jumped out at me when I watched it live. It seemed significant. Edit: I think the "purse" was a thin bible and it was Kamala and not Biden.
