Could be a car going by, but wouldn't we see evidence on the first floor windows at some point, or what?

Then again, the WH is supposed to be a hardened building right? Might take demo charges to renovate. When and what does happen when a President wants to change the WH, like adding a bowling alley, or theater or whatever, anyway?

Other than that I got nothing. Unless they are digging in and turning the WH into an even more formidable fortress. shrug
