Surely if invading forces traverse the area they are putting their troops and equipment at risk? Or should we question the whole Chernobyl narrative? Any nuclear pedes been down a rabbit hole for this? This whole defend Chernobyl story just makes me go hmmmmm 🤔🤔🤔
It's been long enough now that the radiation isn't immediately dangerous. You can go there as a tourist and spend time within the exclusion zone, look around the area etc. I don't jnow what the time limit is officially at the moment, but there's also a few people living there.
In the time before the internet and the ability to search for truth, the British Govt conveniently used the Chernobyl disaster for their own benefit.
An area of Snowdonia ( a mountain range in Wales with a peak of around 3300ft) was analysed and it was discovered that it was contaminated with nuclear fallout.
They quickly blamed those pesky Russians and for years the farmers were prevented from farming Welsh Lamb and Black Beef.
The cloud had apparently decided to drift across Europe ( over the alps15000ft high) and deposit its debris in an area of around 50 sq miles.
The more likely scenario was that it was a radiation leak from one of the 2 U.K. nuclear power stations located less than 25 miles from the site at Wylfa( Wiltha) and Trawsfynydd( trous-fu-niv).
The "Party" said only 30 people died. I don't buy that. But to the post above, you can go there and walk around. Radiation levels have lowered, just don't go in the basement of the reactor or the hospital where all of the boots from the firefighters are still there spewing high levels of radiation.

Lots of other articles on this over the years.
thank you
Actually, Chernobyl isn't a derelict wasteland. Already, lots and lots of recovery.
Nature wins.
Lol I thought that was Whitehall and DC
What are they hiding ?
The fact that there was no radiation
There must be Truth there, they don't want known
Trees and greens growing, animals running around. Something just ain't right.
Have seen docos and stories on Chernobyl. Recovery has occurred, and it wasn't that deadly a meltdown in the first place. Nature recovers quite fast.

They still push how horrible and deadly it was
