So in light of the Wisconsin habbening, what's next?

Assuming the Wisconsin senate decertifies as well, does the ball finally drop or do we have to wait for two more states? My understanding is that all 50 states have to be certified for an election to be finalized. So wouldn't that mean that Wisconsin alone would give the potatoe and hyena the boot and put us in a constitutional crisis? Or are we going to have wait on two more states (Probably Arizona and Georgia from everyone's guesses)?
I could not confirm that this Wisconsin decertification actually happened. Someone produced a video from today, but it didn't happen in that video. Is there another one that someone actually watched and heard and watched this happen??
The article I saw just said the motion passed committee. That means it goes to the state's House for a vote next, then to the state's Senate. It could easily get held up in either body for a number of reasons.
