Dolphins - Click sounds.

Computer mice - same.

They are comms for computer tech.

Hence this kind of article, where they are made to be weapons.

They are likely talking about the remote controlled weapons operated from miles away by computer. (like the video they did on DJT recently).

Back to original headline, it translates to nukes (nuclear information) being protected by dolphins (computers).
