Kamala as a Supreme Court Justice will never make it through confirmation hearings. She's hated by both left and right. It would be a mockery to even nominate her.
well if there was ever a time to pull the plug on the election fraud....nows the time...now that would make their heads explode if they put 45 back in and then he put another justice in there....lol
Kim Clement: "Watch how I change everything...in the highest court in the land, the Supreme Court. Two shall step down, for the embarrassment that shall take place. For I wish to place in the highest court in the land righteousness, and they shall attempt to put others in to reach their endeavors, but God says, Hear me tonight, hear me today. I have this whole thing planned out, according to my will."
A quick Google search shows that (per the 25th Amendment) in the event of a vacancy in the office of VP, the President shall appoint one and it must be confirmed by a majority vote in the House and Senate.
