I've never been a traveller, but Australia and New Zealand were the only places that interested me enough to want to travel. Unfortunately I'm a second class citizen, and I'm "not allowed" to enter your country no more!
Idk if I could do an 18hr? Flight. Lol Would be a long time. BUT I do know there are some spectacular geological formations, that you just can't get anywhere else in the world, it'd be worth the flight it in that regard... That's what I like about our floating space rock, every location is so different. Additionally, that happens to be the reason why I don't ever think I'll move from where I am. I'm by Banff, Canada and you can drive 3 hrs in any direction and be in a completely different "biome."
Canada is magnificent ... you would love NZ for very similar breathtaking scenery! Yes the flight is long ... LOL everything is a long way from Australia so we are used to it.
