The medical world is fighting to keep their desire to serve.

To serve who? To serve what?

If they choose to serve those who need their help, I honor them. If they choose to serve a corrupt system, I am happy for those desires to languish and die. To quote from the Patch Adams movie: "You treat a disease, you win, you lose. You treat a person, I guarantee you, you’ll win, no matter what the outcome."

Individuals who care for health have honor, Individuals who care for the system, not so much, especially the system in place today.
