What does the Fox say?

Well, let's consider animals in general for a moment.

There is prey and predator. Foxes are predators.

So they require preying on others to survive, and their actions are also proactive, as they aren't always ambush predators.

Foxes also have tails. Any animal that has a tail tells tales.

Animals with tails are spell-casters.

Foxes are known especially for their tails. In history, many cultures have deified foxes on account of them. They are bushy and have a white tip. Symbolism for paint-brushes abound. Foxes in folk lore often paint pictures, tell tales, cast spells, and can change form.

Changing forms is actually their specialty. After all, while they are more closely related to canines, they act and behave much more like felines. You've heard of wolves in sheep's clothing, but what about cats in dog's clothing?

Foxes are cunning and tricky, which lends itself to the phrases "sly as a fox" and "crazy as a fox."

They are also graceful, and attractive -- hard to ignore. Just like "foxy ladies" walking down the street.

Foxes kill by either crushing or ripping the throat of their prey. Symbolism for making things shut up.

Foxes are known to raid hen houses and kill seemingly just for fun. They trash nest eggs (hedge funds / retirement funds / savings) and slaughter hens (egg-layers / clueless investors).

Foxes are known to leap in erratic ways when pouncing for their prey, especially the white fox species. These "leaps" are code for "leaps in logic" that sometimes need to be made to manipulate. Foxes are skilled diggers.

There are a multitude of media references to foxes, as well. Consider the animated Disney film, "Fox and the Hound"

A little fox named Tod, and Copper, a hound puppy, vow to be best buddies forever. But as Copper grows into a hunting dog, their unlikely friendship faces the ultimate test.

And "Fantastic Mr. Fox"

An urbane fox cannot resist returning to his farm raiding ways and then must help his community survive the farmers' retaliation.

And the Fox Nick Wilde from the movie "Zootopia"

Nick Wilde is a charming, small-time, con artist fox with a big mouth and a lot of opinions. But when a rabbit cop outsmarts him, he finds himself actually helping her solve a mystery.

I can go on and on, because foxes are so ubiquitous with mainstream culture now, but that should be enough to frame the symbol.

So, what have we established?

Well, foxes seem adept at changing forms, act erratically, are sly with their words, have tales to tell, are predators, and apparently no one knows what they sound like.

So, what does the Fox say?

Whatever you pay him to.

Foxes are opportunists. They will jump on things and say whatever you want them to if the price is right. They are, full and completely, the epitome of Controlled Opposition. It's fitting that FOX News is named thusly. The Cabal was so bold as to just straight up tell us in their own symbol language what FOX News is.

A Fox is also a con artist. He'll butter you up with what you want to hear and then rip your throat out just as you turn the corner.

Foxes are also known to raid the Farm (CIA). This is dangerous, and the Farmers (Agents) will hunt foxes to no end. In other words, foxes that step out of line get to experience the Fox Hunt. You don't want to start selling Farm secrets to anyone, otherwise they'll release the hounds.

Finally, foxes have an affinity for being very tricky and evasive. It's hard to pin one down when they get going, which is why you need to dedicate so much time and effort into arranging Fox Hunts to take them down.

To put it another way, since Foxes are naturally saying things against your agenda as a Controlled Opposition, it's near impossible to know if they are still working for you or someone else. It's their job to look like the other team, so how do you tell when they flip sides and stop pulling their punches?

Foxes are very dangerous, due in part to their wily nature. Where it concerns the Cabal, foxes need to be watched scrupulously. It only takes but an instant for all your hens and nest eggs to get slaughtered in the night.

Foxes are a valuable asset, but one that can screw you over real good if you aren't heavy-handed and proactively punishing dissenters to make an example of them.
