You buy it for the infrastructure. What needs to happen is the deal needs to fall through w Discovery. Then as it continues to bleed ATT/TW enters it as a bankruptcy inti receivership. DWAC decided to offer the court .04 on the dollar to buy the entity. The infra alone is worth billions.
