I remembered rallying against Trump once, right after we won.

Then I discovered the sheer level of kids being rescued, which got me thinking, "How, Trump aside, did everyone, EVERYONE miss that many more kids?!" Suddenly I didn't care to march against him. He was a billionaire and I still did not trust him, but he's saving kids. I won't stand in the way of that.

Over time more and more came out before August 2020, and I am all in on the Trump train.

The media, especially social media, played us and played us good.

I’m Canadian (sorry lol), but lots of us still follow American politics as it can have a large effect on our country. We are very similar countries with very similar people. Many of us up north are quite libertarian in our ways, and have a ‘laissez-faire’ attitude about most things. When Trump was elected, I, and many of us, thought ‘orange man bad’, that he would become a dictator, and we fully expected the US to implode and to be ridiculed around the world. We heard nothing but bad things about Trump, or we didn’t like his celebrity attitudes, and we were told by the media to believe that the MAGA crowd was a bunch of white supremacist, logic-lacking fools. Boy was I - were we ever wrong. ‘Fake news’ makes sense now.

I also woke up about a year into his presidency and realized the liberal left was what we should be fearing. I felt God telling me that Trump, and America, just needed LOVE and that they were not lost. I rediscovered Christ a couple years ago, and now it’s all plain as day. I can almost guarantee that those who have God in their life see through the media lies, while those who are scared to exist, the Godless, will hold onto the illogical fear and hate. Their hate and fear drives their will to live.

Many more are waking up, so please be patient with them and help them through the process.
