Of course it is illegal, they still do it. Even if they get it all back, the process is the penalty.

I bet people just said no, and they moved in. They always do this, go for the low hanging fruit until a judge or some lawsuit stops them. People seriously need to just stand the fuck up against all these gloablist loving pussies.
