There is more to it than that she lied to these people deceiving them that she was going to give them personalized plans and she charged a lot of money for it and she did not do that. So it was fraud not because of fitness advice.

How about public officials, media, celebrities, etc. actually giving medical advice. And very bad and dangerous advice at that. Anyone encouraging or pressuring another to undergo any medical procedure is practicing medicine without a license. Let alone the fact that “informed consent “ is impossible to achieve with any of these so called vaccines.
