When you look through the adverse events on VAERS for the first half of last year, you realize how many coroners or pathologists are bought and paid for. I can't tell you the number of people found dead in their homes and the coroner refused to do an autopsy. I mean someone could have been murdered by family or friends, nope, no autopsy so no way to find out the cause of death. I thought it was state law in my state that anytime someone dies unattended, there has to be an autopsy. I believed it to be like that elsewhere in the country but it doesn't seem so.
