I didn't watch the superbowl but I read that at some point in the broadcast, they referred to the "military district of Washington" - maybe in reference to the Color Guard.

That would be significant if true.

I think they're saying Future, Niagra.

It may be comms for something happening near Niagra Falls in the near future.
You should go there and wait for it.

It could also mean Further, Nigeria.

It may be comms for hoping that Nigeria's soccer team does well this year.
