We are part of the plan and we have been since the beginning. Q stayed many times that the Anons that immediately knew that the Plan was real were the Chosen, The Plan was created so that it would Target those with a certain type of particular minds that made up a very small percentage of the population, they made sure to also create the plan in such a way that the rest of the population wouldn't believe it was real because it wouldn't have worked if a majority of the people knew it was real. They knew that the weaponized small percentage was enough to awaken the rest. The deep state studied everything about the plan that could be studied and they had their most intelligent minds trying to figure out how they could subvert or infiltrate it and gain intelligence to derail it all together but it was created way above their intelligences and their technology. I believe that the complex coding and quantum computing along with the looking glass technology and possibly other off world technology came into play in it's creation.
