In the USA, if the makeup of the Supreme Court changed to have a majority of SJWs,, there is no question that they would re-interpret the First Amendment Rights as only applying to statements that are true (According to the CDC etc), and only when the speech isn't hate speech. And hate speech is defined as anything they don't like.

They can interpret the Constitution any way they like, and they have lifetime appointments.
