5th Circuit seems to regularly rule in favor of individual liberty. This will get bounced to 6th or 9th circuit for a certain reversal… as we have seen in many other cases.

This underscores two important points.

Judges are clearly not a-political. They are as biased as any other fanatical extremist.
Judge appointments and elections are extremely important to people that want to advance their political causes/interests.
