Now is the time to be proactive. FOIA Congress about UN and Private [mercenary] Security Force authorization to operate in any capacity on US soil and territories -- that includes training missions.
Engage your local Sheriff on his ability to hold the line against these potential incursions in his jurisdiction. Don't wait till mysterious thugs show up.
