Comirnaty isn't available in the United States. They're playing games to trick people into getting the experimental version. Here's proof:
https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/programs/iis/COVID-19-related-codes.html#codes
"At present, Pfizer does not plan to produce any product with these new NDCs and labels over the next few months while EUA authorized product is still available and being made available for U.S."
The two products are are legally distinct. They may be very similar in their contents, but the shots that are being injected into people right now are still EUA meaning no liability for the makers. If they ever bring out the Comirnaty products in the US, they might be liable for damages, so we'll probably never see them. Unless they manage to get them on the children's CDC recommended schedule somehow. Then they will fall under the Vaccine Injury Compensation Act umbrella of liability protection.
