NO !

Massive protests and trucker blockades are forming in Toronto, Calgary and Quebec.

Ottawa is still shut down, only by police rather than truckers. Ha ha ha ha ha!

A game of whack-a-mole has begun.

The truckers still have all the power because they can bring Canada to it's knees simply by stopping all deliveries.
