It is a taken out of context part of an interview with Zuckerbucks back in 2020.

Translation - Fauci admitted the truth in 2020 just as he did about masks on the start of the pandemic before ramping up the contradicting and conflicting propaganda.

Fauci also wrote a paper stating chloriquine was a potent medication for SARS-Cov1 and wouldn't even consider it as an early treatment option for Covid-19.
