Freaky. Kinda like Koontz referring to the Wuhan Flu in one of his early books. We know movies did predictive programming.... guess they have some authors too. The Stand was one of the few books of King that I really liked. Havent read for a number of years but think about the flu theme and good vs evil war a lot.
