Why are things like anthrax samples, leaks of infectious bio-organisms from labs, etc always happening despite all the assurances of security, containment procedures, high training standards and so on? Hell, ebola happened not too many years ago and the highly infected caught express flights to the US and were allowed to immediately disembark and go walk around cities and infect people.
