Bureaucracy... There are prying eyes here...

Why do you think we outsource all of our assembly line labor to sweatshop slave factories in other countries? Because it's too messy to have on US soil. All it takes is someone to spill the beans and you can suicide them all you want, news gets out.

In Ukraine, or other countries... Suicide the whole family and nobody notices.
