Okay, today we're gonna talk about what each number means individually. I'm going to start with just 1, 2, and 3, because there's a lot to talk about and I don't want to bore you nor fight the character limit.

Before we begin, I need to clarify how the numbers work.

When you add numbers, you declare an interaction. 7+1 =8 for example means that a concept has been added to the Completion phase and we are now moving towards a trial phase.

In this way, 71 can be seen as a transitional number. Any number above 22, according to their rules (Kabbalah/Jewish Numbering System), must be added and seen this way. Anything under 22 is taken as its own number, with 22 being a "wild card" and sometimes represented as 0.

If this is starting to sound familiar, yes, it's because it involved Tarot Cards.

But that's just one interpretation. Tarot is a "recent" addition to the scheme to fortify the meaning of the numbers. If you want to just use Tarot in order to discern the numbers, it normally works out.

Numbers larger than 22, however, can be nebulous, especially with numbers like 187 which are based on California Legal Code for homicide.

Although, that's not to say that 187 was put in the Legal Code for homicide because it reinforced an existing meaning of the number. This is why we must always consider the context when discussing decode. Like a cipher system, having the scrambled text and the hidden message aren't the only components -- you must have a Key or Legend by which one follows an algorithm to transcribe from one to the other and back.

This site can help you understand the idea of ciphers:

Alright, let's get down to it. And make sure to not take my word as gospel. I'm merely an apprentice trying to explain the field of study to a complete novice. Mastery is far beyond my current reach.

1 - One is the number of Concepts. It's the all and the only. It's the loneliest number that you'll ever do. If you want to look at it deeper, One is the number of God's Wonder. Why did He make us? Why did He promise us his Life and Inheritance? Is it really as simple as Him being lonely? When you're in Love, and your Love is requited, are you alone anymore?

One is the number of Concepts because that's the smallest thing in the Universe, as well as the biggest. Think about it, whenever you have a new idea, one that you've not pondered on before, is it not the smallest of things?, like an ember plucked from cinders begging to be kindled?

Such is the fleeting nature of the notion. It's the influence, the radical void, the spark of brilliance that originates outside of Creation. Anything multiplied by one is itself. Anything added or subtracted by one is but a single step away from being itself.

One is a point. The point in the phrase "the point is." It's the sum of the argument as well as its simplification. Any system of measurement relies upon what we determine the one to be; the unit.

One is therefore the number of angels -- the smallest of God's spiritual units. Each an integer by which His will is incremented upon Creation.

Every time you wonder "what if?" you are tapping into the nature of The One.

2 - Two is the number of Duality and Polarity; of the Spectrum. God's Word is the ultimate divider.

For the word of God is lively, and mighty in operation, and sharper than any two edged sword, and entereth through, even unto the dividing asunder of the soul and the spirit, and of the joints, and the marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts, and the intents of the heart. - Hebrews 4:12

In antiquity, swords were more common to be one-sided, with a thick bronze backing to prevent bends in the blade. This meant that most swords were good for drawing blood and carving flesh, but not severing limb. A two-edged sword cleaves through cleanly, with no thick backing to catch on. This is why the Tongue of God is a two-edged sword, because there is nothing that can muster a resistance to it.

Some may think of Duality as the even splitting of things evenly -- a struggle of opposites. That is not a Duality, but a Polarity. Polarities are evenly dispersed, while a Duality is not. For example, if I were to take a screwdriver and split it into the handle and the rod, yes, it is in two parts, but neither can be said to be greater than the other. In fact, both are equal in importance, because one without the other cannot perform the task for which it was designed.

Such is the nature of the Male and Female. While, true, you can get further along with the rod of the screwdriver separate from the handle, without the handle you will not have the stable grip to perform the job as perfect as it could possibly be performed. This is why God made Woman -- so that the Man may perform his job with the stable grip of the Woman's caress.

So Two is often feminine in nature, or at least the number of consummation. It takes two to tango, after all.

Additionally, two is the lowest even number. For this reason, some account it as Evil in nature, but that's not tactfully true. Two is the number of cycles. Add two to itself over and over again - 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 Now add one over again - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

When adding by two, you are stuck using only even numbers. Adding an odd number, however, creates an interval. This is why two is thought to be a number that gets stuck, lending itself to a negative reputation.

Because of all this, two is the number of Planning. It's easy to get stuck coming up with plans and never acting on them. The even nature to get stuck in even things is the reason behind this. When God made Man and Woman, he had a Plan. When a craftsman came up with the screwdriver, he had a Plan.

When any two things are enjoined in matrimony, there is a Plan.

Finally, two is also the number of Time. For every beginning there is an end. For every start there is a finish. For everything that is, there is not. Like a line drawn on paper, it has a beginning and an end as well as a direction. Two is the number of lines, because it consists of only a pairs of coordinate points, connected in matrimony. When you draw two points and connect them with a line, you have arranged a marriage between them.

...

3 - Three is the Trinity. It is the smallest number of sides a polygon can have -- which form the triangle. What is the simplest way to draw a circle? What is a circle but an infinite number of tiny lines connected end-to-end at a constant angle?

In that way, a triangle is the simplest form of a circle, as a straight line with beginning and end cannot meet their ends without becoming a point, and then collapsing into the One.

Three is the number of Form. It is the Blueprint, the most simple shape by which a plan has come together.

A chair cannot stand on two legs. You need at least three for something to stand on its own.

Additionally, 3D modelling of figures can only be achieved with connected planar triangles called tris: https://resources.turbosquid.com/training/modeling/tris-quads-n-gons/

Even the quads are simply two tris that have been determined as co-planar. We'll talk more about that when we discuss the number 4. Three in this light is the smallest module -- a shape that connects with itself to form something greater than the individual parts.

Three is the number of soundness, such as the soundness of an argument. While two is stuck in Planning, three is the Plan, fully recorded in the annals of time, ready to be enacted. Everything can be described by the nature of three.

For example, the screwdriver. The screwdriver has a body, which is its physical composition. The screwdriver has a purpose, to drive screws. Finally, the screwdriver has instructions, which is the work by which it accomplishes its goal. The tree natures of the screwdriver work in harmony to fulfill a Plan, and such is the nature of the Three.

In Truth, we are all known to the Universe in Three ways:

  • By our Bodies (my body is different than yours)
  • By our Minds (my mind is separate from yours)
  • By our Works (my works are not of your hand)

When we are conceived, the Universe knows of our Bodies. When we think, the Universe records our thoughts. When we act, the Universe is altered by our Works. All three work in unison at all times, pressing weight upon the Universe.

In that way, Three is the number of Knowing. All that is known is known by Creation through these three.

This is the nature of God -- The Triune Persons of the One Divinity.

Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

The Mind, Body, and Soul.

The Father represents the Mind, the Authority which writes the Law.

The Son represents the Body, the Incarnation by which God proves his Love.

The Holy Spirit represents the Soul, the Works by which Change comes about.

Ultimately, three is also the number of the Question. If you have Yes and No, there is a polarity. But what about Maybe?

Maybe is the question the "May + Be"

May I do this? May I be? May it be? May you be?

It is the question posed of the Authority, of God; of no longer pondering "what if" but whether or not it is allowed to be.

Finally, I wish to talk again about addition.

What happens when you take 2 and add 1?

You take a Plan and add a Concept.

They Form something, don't they?

They Form a Blueprint.

This is the secret behind the numbers.

Every time you add 1, you are literally adding a single Concept.

So you start with 1, the All; the idea of the All.

Add 1.

For everything that there is, the small and large of it all, what does it mean to add another of it?, to double it?

You take a yes and add a no. Two options, polar opposite results.

One becomes two, and now you have a new thing, a thing of befores and afters, comings and goings, here and there. For the All, which already is, to be in two places at once, time and space must be born.

Time and space are formed to accommodate the 2 in Creation. If two things occupy the same time and space, are they truly separate entities? No, they must be separated for the One to become Two, so Time and Space must come into being.

After all, what more is a Plan than a Thing being told when are where to be?

Then add another 1. Two becomes three, and now we have a Form. We are stepping up the levels by which the Universe is founded one concept at a time, so what concept occurs after time and space are born? What concept can Build upon this Foundation?

Going from two to three is the Form. A time and place has been assigned a Thing, but now something else needs to occur to define it from any other Thing that has its own time and place. What is the next concept that can be added?

Shape.

The Plan begins to take Shape, and now things are not mere instances of the same Form in two spaces and times, but they now also have their own unique shapes to distinguish themselves from one another.

Add another concept (4), and you provide Properties, like what color or size the shape is.

Add another concept (5), and you provide an ability for the Thing to be able to change its Properties, the ability to Grow. Life.

Add another concept (6) and you have Sentience -- the ability to recognize the Thing's own Agency. The nature of a beast and of the cycles.

Add another concept (7) and you have Perfection -- the notion that we are made for a particular purpose, and the quality in which we perform that purpose varies and further implies a Free Will to accept or reject the purpose we have been given.

Add another concept (8) and you have Grace, gifts given to you by God by which you can fulfill your purpose and become Perfect.

Add another concept (9) and you have the Mind of God, the fullness of His Inheritance, and the Meaning of the Multiplicity -- of 3 times 3. Be Fruitful and Multiply. 9 is the number of the Fruit.

That's all for now. The character limit is nipping at my heels.
