The article basically suggests that instead of making deals with Ukriane, Russia should take over south and eastern regions, and make deals with Hungary and Poland to divvy op the rest of the Ukraine between them, so that Ukraine is no more.

Poland and Hungary stand to gain much, and it will send the Cabal into crazy tail spin.
