Back in the period post election to inauguration I remember some strange things.

The U.K. govt waited days to congratulate anyone and then when they did they sent out a tweet in late November that congratulated Biden but the word Biden overlayed Trump.

It became a bit of a news story here and they then used it in parallel stories to say Putin had still to congratulate Biden.

I’m not sure if he ever did.
