Look into Medical Medium. I’ve been doing what he says and my symptoms (unrelated to Covid) have completely turned around. He is a Christian man who explains the various foods/herbs/vitamins that God has provided us and how you can use them to heal each one of your ailments. He talks about various viruses and how to flush them out. You can apply those methods to Covid, I’m sure.
