This goes back to Frederick Gates who became the key advisor for Rockefeller after he married his replacement wife in Racine, Emma Cahoon.

The Rockefeller Institute and Cornell are closely connected with the CIA, Racine and the societies and foundations that control the agenda.

Much of what is happening today is based on the works of Frederick T. Gates and his son Frederick L. Gates.
